Isabel Fishing

Over the 24th hoilday weekend we went camping up at the cabin (we actually stayed in our trailer). It was so much fun. Ryan bought Isabel this Spongebob finshing pole, and boy did she love it! She stood there for 2 hours "finshing". Of course she really didn't have a hook and there was no way she was going to catch anything, but she had so much fun. I was suprised she could actually cast and reel. She is the most talented 2 year old ever, her Grandpa DeLong will be so proud!

Family Party

Yesterday we had a family party at our house with all my siblings and their kids. It was so much fun, a lot of work, but a really good time. Our party was an "International Party", meaning we had food and activities from around the world. The kids had so much fun and the food was so good. It was great to be with everyone. The highlight of the evening was by far the pinata. This is my niece Grace taking a swing at it. This was really fun, I think we should make a tradition of it.
All the DeLong grankids (minus Sam). They are such cute kids. It was so much fun for them to be together, they love to be together.

I love this video. We were watching the movie "Music and Lyrics" the other day and it made me laugh so hard. It is so 80s, I love it!

More Like Siblings

This is Isabel and Sam this morning. Usually she does much better giving him a ride, this morning was a little rough. These two play more like siblings than cousins, and fight more like siblings too.

4th of July Demolition Derby

Last night we went to the demolition derby in Ogden. It was so much fun! We went with Ryan's siblings and their spouses and Michelle (my sister) and her date. We had such a blast! The cars were awesome...... up in flames, rolled over, and generally very banged up. It was great. They also did fireworks after the derby. They were pretty good fireworks. It was a really fun way to spend the 4th. Here we are at the derby. I know I look very fat..... that's because I am.

This was during the truck round. It was the best round. The drivers were crazy! One of the trucks rolled over and a couple of them ended up hanging over the edge (like in this picture). If you look closely at the picture, you can see the one truck on it's side (behind the black one). This round was very wild!
