Ariel Cake

It was my niece, Clara's, birthday party today. She wanted an Ariel cake and asked me to make it. I have been working on it for days and days, and it came out so good. I am so happy with the way it turned out. On that note, I have decided to start making cakes as a little side job. For the first few months I am making them for pretty cheap, mostly just at cost. Depending on the cake, I am charging $35-$45. If anyone would like on or knows someone who would like on, please let me know. I love making cakes and, if I do say so myself, I think I am pretty good. I love this Ariel cake.

I cannot believe you made that. Not that I was doubting your abilities, but you should go into business.

Wow...that is an amazing cake! Did you use fondant? What did you use for all the little sea creatures? I've always wanted to try fondant, but have always been too scared by it!
Good for you for using and improving your talents!
